String 21 Muon Analysis

This analysis involves running the muon likelihood fitter on string 21 data. Results compared with amasim monte carlo. Plans include comparisons to the IceCube monte carlo and production runs on a large data set.

AMANDA Muon Reconstruction in IceTray

This analysis is an attempt to get a functioning AMANDA analysis working in IceTray. Right now we have event-by-event comparisons of sieglinde results to show that the software is working. Look later for verification that we can reproduce AMANDA event selection successfully.
